Club Meeting Scheduler for VPEs

ClubScheduler …. ClubScheduler is a free Windows-based scheduling program designed specifically for Toastmasters clubs. This software automatically generates schedules of assignments -- taking into account member availability, club preferences, and sign-up sheets -- and formats the resulting schedules into beautiful text or HTML documents, suitable for sharing via email or posting directly to the Web. ClubScheduler also creates nicely formatted club rosters and speech progress charts. If you're a VP of Education, you should definitely check it out!
